News has emerged that featherweights Cub Swanson and Ricardo Lomas will face each other at the UFC on Fox 1 event that will take place on November 12th 2011. Cub Swanson is making his UFC debut at the event after moving over from the WEC. Swanson has been out of action after a year off and will look to start building up a string of victories in the division. Cub managed to score three “Fight Of The Night” awards out of his 8 fights within the WEC which is pretty impressive. His opponent for the night will be Ricardo Lomas who like Swanson has made the transition over to the UFC from the WEC, but Lomas will not be making his debut as he has already competed in the organisation at UFC on Versus 4. On that night he faced Matt Grice and scored the victory via TKO. This should be a great fight and I really looking forward to it!
