UCMMA 30 took place on Saturday night (Oct. 6) at the Troxy in London, and delivered an exciting fight card with 10 bouts ending within the very first round. The main event featured a UK1 bout between Jake Bostwick and Luke Sines who engaged in a stand-up battle for three rounds. Jake Bostwick managed to deliver a dominant performance winning the fight via majority decision.

The UCMMA heavyweight title was also on the line as current champion Darren Towler faced challenger Dayman Lake. The champ made quick work of Lake by scoring a TKO in just 48 seconds of the very first round. Towler will now go on to face returning heavyweight Neil Grove at UCMMA 31 in December.

Some other notable results on the night include Chi Lewis Parry’s unanimous decision victory over Tomasz Czerwinski for the UK1 heavyweight title. Paul Taylor scored a TKO victory over Carl Kinslow, due to a doctors stoppage caused by some bad cuts Winslow sustained during the first round. Also, Louis King scored an impressive first round TKO victory over Andy Manzolo.

Earlier on in the night, Tommy King looked good as he picked up a first round TKO victory over Chase Morgan. Umer Kayani proved that fighters can still be dangerous from the bottom, defeating Colin Wilby via triangle choke submission. Also, Jordan Wright scored a KO victory over Andy Cona, right as the buzzer sounded for the end of the first round.
