BAMMA 12 took place on Saturday night (March 9th) at Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena. The event featured a headliner between Jim Wallhead and Matt Veach, who engaged in a welterweight battle. Wallhead won the fight via rear-naked choke submission in the first round.

Elsewhere on the card, Max “Power” Nunes defeated Marcin Lazarz via third round TKO in their light Heavyweight bout. Also, Curt Warburton scored a unanimous decision victory over Stevie Ray in their fight for the BAMMA Lonsdale British lightweight title.
