Keith Jardine is set for a return to action this December for Strikeforce!
Rumours suggest that Keith “The Dean Of Mean” Jardine will be returning to action in December for Strikeforce. Jardine is expected to be making his return at middleweight and has enlisted the services of nutritionist Mike Dolce to help with the weight cut. As many of you will be aware Keith spent a long time in the UFC and holds victories over the likes of Brandon Vera, Forrest Griffin and Chuck Liddell. After a string of losses Jardine was released by the UFC and most recently his first fight with Strikeforce resulted in a draw with Gegard Mousasi. Keith will look to re-ignite his MMA career with a victory when he returns and it will be interesting to see how he performs.
