Lockdown Promotions will be holding their Lockdown 3 event shortly, which will feature a headline bout between Danny Missin and Ian Postlethwaite. The event is set to take place at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Trafford Park, Manchester, on March 23.

Lockdown officials recently confirmed the fight card and headline bout with themmareview.co.uk.

Also on the card, there will be an amateur title fight between Kris Leeson and Dez Parker. This will be a rematch from a few weeks ago where Kris won a decision, their second encounter at Lockdown 3 is expected to be even better. Danny Missin last fought at “Cage Control – Contender 1″ in December 2012, where he scored a first round TKO victory over Gavin Davies. Prior to that he picked up a first round submission victory over Anthony Ferguson at LFC 4 in October 2012. Missin will now look to extend his undefeated winning streak to three with a good performance against Postlethwaite.

Ian Postlethwaite was last in action at Vision FC 4 in September 2012, where he dropped a first round submission loss against Mark Handley. Ian will no doubt look to bounce back from that pro debut loss with a big win over Missin on March 23rd.
