The results are in for UFC Fight Night 34, which took place at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore, on Saturday. In the main event, former Strikeforce welterweight champion Tarec Saffiedine was successful in his UFC debut, securing a unanimous decision victory over a tough Hyun Gyu Lim.

In the co-main event, veteran MMA fighter Tatsuya Kawajiri was also victorious in his UFC debut, defeating Blackzilian team member Sean Soriano via second round submission.

Elsewhere on the main card, Luiz Dutra was disqualified in his matchup against Kiichi Kunimoto for illegal elbows to the back of the head in round one. This resulted in Kunimoto being declared the winner. Meanwhile, Kyung Ho Kang scored a third round submission win over Shunichi Shimizu.

Notable results on the preliminary card include Max Holloway’s second round TKO victory over Will Chope, and Katsunori Kikuno’s unanimous decision win over Quinn Mulhern, which subsequently resulted in Mulhern’s retirement from MMA.
